Affordable Housing Program (FLEX)

Discover DOH’s primary funding opportunity for development projects that provide quality, affordable housing for CT residents. FLEX funds can be used for acquisition, rehabilitation, new construction, and more.


Build 4 CT

Federal Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program

Use this shared application to apply for State and federal funding to build affordable housing in Connecticut. This includes mortgages, grants, and tax credits. Both the Department of Housing and the CT Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) use the same form.
