The Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities will host its Community Access Fair on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at The Artists Collective at 1200 Albany Ave in Hartford. The fair brings together state and private organizations to help residents learn about programs, services, and supports available to them.
Customers will be able to meet with representatives, ask questions, and get direct access to information from the following organizations:
