Colt Gateway Redevelopment Project - Hartford
The Colt Gateway Community offers a mix of office, commercial and residential space at the historic Colt Factory on the banks of Connecticut River.

The remediated property provides nearly 100,000 square feet of space within 4 buildings that are now used for brewing and tasting room operations, as well as storage and administrative office space.

Hartford Hospital CESI - Hartford
The new building has provided the CESI program with an additional 30,000 square feet of space for simulation areas, electronic training facilities, and research laboratories.
